There is a reason your dimensions are appearing not to add up, there are a number of reasons. Download the file to your computer (folder icon next to “save”) and post the file here on the forum in a reply by dragging and dropping it into the reply window. We can then tell you quickly exactly whats going on there.
So it’s a feature… who would of thought… Than I’ll figure it out.

If you share your SketchUp file like @endlessfix suggested, we can help you figure it out.
It could be as simple as you’ve set precision to zero decimal places. Without seeing your file it could be any reason including you’ve edited the text which I suspect some Architects do to make things work in…
I think this is likely to be the answer, but you can argue that the measurement should show a ~ so that you know it’s approximate.
