Issues with Sketch Up for Schools

From the end user: When I try to log in, I keep getting flagged to use a G Suite for Education account. I’m using my FCPS account so not sure why I get this message. I have attached screenshots. It prompts me to sign in with Google, which I do again. And the same message appears. Is there a way to get it to recognize I’m using a Google Suite for Edu account?

SketchUp does not appear to recognize the FCPS google accounts as a G suite educational account. This is a county-wide issue currently. The error message suggests: Your G Suite administrator has installed SketchUp for Schools on your domain and granted permissions. We have verified that this has been completed

Hi @nicholas.pingatore, thanks for the post. I am happy to work with you to resolve the issue although you reference a screenshot in your post and I can’t seem to locate it. Can you re-upload it in a new post so I can take a look? Once I have that I can get a better idea of what to do to fix the issue.

We are looping between these two screens. Our G suite administrator has confirmed that Sketch Up for schools is installed on the domain.

I have a guess on what the issue is but I can’t be sure until I have the information from you.

I received an error message when posting the pictures. I instead replied to the initial email I received and fcps.org was added to your company’s safe list and now everything works. Thank you for your time.
