Issues with my Mac installation

I am having an issue with my installation on my MacBook Pro. I keep getting a message that says…‘This operating system is not supported by Trimble Scan Essentials.’

Is there a way to install the apps and not have this message come up?

Please provide with a step by step set of instructions to either fix this issue or for a custom installation.

Well… what operating system are you using?

Choose not to install Trimble Scan Essentials. It’s a Windows-only extension.

the clue is to remove ‘su_pcp’ from your plugin folder…

Well, the real solution is to install Studio on a Windows machine. Studio does not support Mac.

Will they ever have this ready for Mac usage?

You can use it on Mac via parallels, or any other virtual machine.
