I have had issues with sharing a model with a client.
This particular project is the first time that I tried sharing within the SketchUp ecosystem.
The first time I created a share link from SketchUp 2026 but the model would not open up for my client. I then open the model in 2025 and created a share link and that worked for them.
Today I have been trying to share a revised model with them but all the get is this screen:
When I get this screen there is a clickable cross to the left of the file name which they don’t have.
I tried again creating the share link with 2025 but that didn’t work this time.
Any ideas?
