why i cannot get any material list in the paint bucket dialog box?
when did they disappear?
they didnt disappear! they were never dere!
Reinstall or repair with “Run as Administrator”. Then check it out.

Your profile implies that you are using SketchUp version 2014, are you installing it for the first time? Hence I asked when they disappeared. It has been almost 4 years ago when that version came out. It is almost 9 years ago that Window 7 came out.
Hard to find things stashed that long ago…
