Is this a SU problem or one drive?

Hello, my sketch up file is not syncing. The one drive has an x by is cloud logo with the message No access permissions to the item. It appears that you do not have access… etc. I have gone to MY PC - security, permissions everyone, full control - and it wont allow me. Can someone help - or is this nothing to do with SU?? Sounds like a One Drive issue.

You shouldn’t be working with files directly saved to One Drive. You should be downloading the file to your computer and working on it from there. Then synch back to One Drive after you’ve saved the file on the internal drive.
