when i activate my shcool licens it says “no valid code and serialnumber”.
it also says there is problem with the networklicens.
i was able to use the licens, and then it stopped work… this happened twice…
Hi @lovisaahman, thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having difficulty with SketchUp. I am happy to work with you to solve the issue. Can you start off by posting the exact text of the error you are seeing? I have a guess as to what the issue is but I can’t know for sure without more information.
Additionally, if you are using an educational license, you should be able to contact your reseller for support so go ahead and file a ticket with them too so we can both be working on getting you a solution at the same time.
Finally, when you have a chance, be sure to update your profile to have more accurate information as it helps us to better assist you. Specifically your license type should read something like “SketchUp Pro” or “SketchUp Studio”. Your version should be a version number. Your Operating system should be Mac or Windows and your Graphics card should be specific to at least a brand and model number if possible.

Hopefully you can get your issue resolved quickly! If you can’t recall who your reseller is, be sure to check your email inbox for their contact information as it is different for each region.
