When I am installing the programs, I get a message to close the program. Only to my knowledge I can’t find anything open. Where shall I look elsewhere?
Do a cold reboot of your computer before running the installer.
When you do run the installer, right click on it and choose Run as administrator.
Please update your forum profile. It says you’re still using SketchUp 2018 with an old Intel graphics adaptor.
