So that information shows you have Windows 11 Home. Put that in your forum profile while you are updating it. There’s no graphics card shown, though. You should figure that out to see if it’s supported by SketchUp 2026 and include that in your profile.

I see you updated the version but there is no SketchUp for Web (free only) 2026 Desktop version.

Are you really using SketchUp Free in a web browser? If so, what browser?

Yes, I’ll figure it out. For Web, I usually use Chrome and Firefox.

There’s no installing SketchUp for Web then so the Run as administrator thing doesn’t apply.
