Inserting .skp files to a reference point

Hi, I’m Benjamin. I hope I’m introducing myself and posting this to the right place?

I can’t figure out how to create or find a reference point and insert .skp files such as the following to the same reference point.

For whatever reason, the downloading of your files stalls out.

Make each piece of furniture or other feature a component instead of the groups you’ve made them. Then you can set the component’s origin in a logical location that can be made to coincide with a reference point. See this and instead of saving your components in a single large SKP file such as the ones you posted, make component libraries so you can easily access them. See this.
