I have recently upgraded from SU 2025 to 2026 and now my 3D connextion space mouse compact is inoperable. It worked fine with 2025.
I have installed the latest drivers from 3dConnection but all the mouse does is a really jerky and slow zoom in and out. All other functions are inoperable.
I’m using space mouse with SketchUp 2026 on windows and macOS, both are working perfectly fine. What are the settings you are using?
It may be best to remove and re-install the drivers following the procedure on the 3DConnexion website 3D support Site
Did you re-boot everything?
Otherwise probably best course of action is from @RLGL
