I’m not sure what you mean. Could you post a screenshot?
OpenGL ? Turn off Use hardware acceleration in Preferences.
Could you share the SKP file?
There is probably a tiny bit of geometry off to the top left.
Open you model and hit Shift z, does your model zoom right out?
If it does, hit ctrl a to select all, now holding shift drag a selection around the parts of the model that are what you want, to deselect them, hit Delete.
Now try Shift z, does it all zoom in?
If so try print preview again.
