i record a model yesterday on trimble connect.at the end of the day.
impossible to open it today from trimble connect.
the version i have locally is from the day before…
i lost 1 day of work…
is there something to do to try to recover the last version?

Have you tried going directly to Trimble Connect (use Launch Trimble Connect) and downloading the file to your computer and then opening it?
If you saved the file to Trimble Connect more than once yesterday you could access the previous saved version.
Here’s an example from a file I just created. I saved it twice after the first save to TC. You can see at the lower right there are three files in History.

i tried to download the last version but it did’n t work
but i finally download the previous version and it’s OK now…
Usually i always record on my computer and i don’t know why yesterday , it has been always recorded only on trimble connect…
At least in SketchUp 2025 (I think 2024, too) when you open the locally (internally) saved file and save it to Trimble Connect, subsequent saves during the session go to both the local folder and to Trimble Connect.
At least you’ve got a file to work on. Now that you have it open, use Save as … and save it into your local project folder before going further. At some point after saving it locally, also save it to Trimble Connect again so further saves while you have the file open go both places.
