Import Revit Phases

I work primarily in Revit and use the Sketchup importer to bring Revit files into Sketchup for rendering. I am currently woring on a remodel where I have phasing in Revit - I have Existing and New Construction Phases. However, each revit component also has a Phase Demolished setting (Existing, New Construction, or None).

When importing 3D views I can only select Existing or New Construction phases and not the component setting. Therefore I can import the Existing phase of my model (no demo) and the New Construction phase, but I have no way or removing the demoed components from my Existing phase.

Has anyone experienced this issue? There does not seem to be any sort of workaround besides manually deleting out demoed components from the model. Please advise, thanks!

All 3 import selection options. I actually want the existing phase but only the components that are not demoed.

Which version are you using?

With the latest version 1.2026.1.6 what you see is what you get in SketchUp, the Phasing is simply applying the final look of your view, if you have the Phase Filter of the view set to “View All” it will display everything, if you set your Phase Filter to “Show Complete”, then you will have the elements “Existing” without the Demolished element.

Revit with the Phase Filter parameter set to Show All:

I was using the standard Revit Phasing setup:

I hope this helps.
