Just stumbled on this capability introduced to Draftsight Professional…
if before you have resorted to Inkscape / Coreldraw or Illustrator
It seems pretty full featured

Interesting but I presume it comes as part of the Draftsight package and is not a standalone.
I also notice that it isn’t available to those of us on a Mac. Pity.

Draftsight, anyway, keeps plugging away. There are a few of “the other” CAD packages, beyond the big hitters, who show some pluck in trying to grab some of the market.
