I wonder if the customer center received my inquiry properly

Hello, I’m a web comic artist and also an user of SketchUp 2020 Pro version. Recently, I had to replace my computer’s motherboard due to a malfunction, and now it’s recognizing it as an entirely new computer, prompting that my SketchUp account is duplicated. I reached out for assistance last week but haven’t received a response yet. I’m wondering how long it typically takes to receive a response. Also, I’d like to confirm if my inquiry was properly received. What would be the best way to do that?

FYI: SketchUp 2020 is beyond support. Only the latest 3 versions are supported.
