"I want this to be 3D printable" not working

I uploaded a solid model a few days ago and selected the “I want this to be 3D printable” option. As of a little while ago, it still shows this:

Both Shapeways and iMaterialise have no problem digesting it.

Same with simple models. Server down? For a few days? API troubles ?
