I tried to import an 3d model to another sketchup file and all these lines were covering my file, how do i fix this? ---

You need to show us at least a screenshot of your work. Share the .skp file. What was it you imported? What kind of file did you import? ---

It’s like the hidden geometry is on but it’s not because I cut it off ---

It’s hard to tell exactly from that screenshot but it looks like you have Back Edges turned on. If that’s the case, press K to turn them off. ---
