I see LayOut is on, but then it turns off / flying

When I import a file into LayOut, or exported from SketchUp to LayOut LayOut I see is on, but then it turns off / flying.
Who can help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

Are you coding using the C API or the Ruby API ?
