Yesterday, I accidentally deleted some Ruby plugins in SketchUp. While doing that, I mistakenly clicked “Delete All” because I am not very good at English, as I am Korean.
The problem is that I use D5 Render, and after deleting all the Ruby plugins, the D5 Live Sync keeps staying in a disabled state and does not change.
So I tried everything I could:
I completely deleted both SketchUp and D5 Render files and reinstalled them. I also ran them as administrator, reset SketchUp, and set the environment so that even unapproved Ruby plugins can be used.
However, for some reason, only the D5 Live Sync Ruby plugin keeps staying disabled.
I really need this urgently because I have an assignment due soon. Please help me…
