Your model appears to be missing a great deal of data. Where have you been saving it as you were working on it?
What operating system? What graphics card? Your profile shows “2024” as the answer to both those questions but it is NOT the answer to either one. Please fix your forum profile.
The file you shared was created in SketchUp 2019. Is that the version of SketchUp you are really using?
I apologize for my mistakes and lack of information, my desperation (as in these cases) played a trick on me, I created the file in Sketchup 2019 from an old computer then, I took the removable disk to another PC with version 2024 I continued working and when I saved it could not be accessed again, I do not have many details about the PC since it is not mine
Unfortunately the information you supply is important in being able to get assistance. Putting the wrong or incomplete information in your forum profile is like telling the doctor you have a sore toe when in fact you’ve got to the hospital because your appendix burst.
So presumably a Windows PC? Is there a .skb backup file or can you go back to the older version of the file. Working on files that are saved to an external drive often results in corrupted files.
Are you using a cracked version of SketchUp?
in fact my Windows versions are 10 and 11, on the old computer I don’t have the information, but on the new one I downloaded the 2024 from the official website, here I leave a copy of the SKB back although I couldn’t open it.

There’s almost nothing in that file either. Is the original version of the model saved on your old computer? Maybe you can go back to it. There’s nothing to recover from either of the files you’ve shared here.
Going forward, do not work on files saved to an external drive. Download the file to the internal drive of the computer and work on it from there. Once you are finished, save it and then copy it to the external drive if you need it to be portable. Or, since you have the SketchUp Studio subscription, save it to your Trimble Connect storage so you can access it from another location.
