I have the web based Sketchup (w/fee) and getting a error message whenever I try to export a file. help

I have tried DXF both 2d and 3d - same results

Thanks for responding. Yesterday I keep getting a very non-descript message. I just tried it again to get the message content and it says it has been sent to cloud for processing, which is farther then ever before…

That’s normal.

How big is your SketchUp file?

You can use the import/export dashboard to monitor the progress of the export. You can find the dashboard at the bottom of the Export menu.
