I don't get my sketchup Pro active on my computer

Hi can anyone help me finding the serial number and autorisationcode.

Hi,

Since 2021 there are no Serial numbers and auth code anymore.

Your profile says you use Sketchup 2023. Simply install it and launch it.
There it will ask you to connect with your sketchup account (the one you used to buy the subscription) and once it’s done, you’ll have sketchup running. simply like that.

also, in your profile, please tell us what operating system you have (is it mac os ? windows ? what version) and your graphics card, it will help us help you (if you don’t know how to find what graphics card you have, ask google. “how to know what graphics card I have”)

I checked to confirm that you have a Pro subscription. It is assigned to the email address you also use in the forum. In the welcome screen there is an avatar in the upper right. Click on that and make sure you are signed in with the right email address.

Hi, thanx for the info. I did check out my graphic card and I got this info… i still don’t know, what that means… i should be helped if someone could help me on "teamviewer and get through it… i had no p[problems with the trial version and now I don’t get started , and am behind with the homework :frowning: I will add the image I got from google… hope you can help me…

i got a sketch up error: The following errors were found when launching SketchUp:

  • Hardware acceleration is unsupported or has been disabled on your graphics card. SketchUp requires that you use a hardware accelerated graphics card.

Unfortunately, these errors will prevent SketchUp from running.

That would indicate that the detected graphics card isn’t suitable. What is the graphics card model?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to performance and check the model of your gpu. If you have integrated graphics you’ll see gpu and gpu1
