I can't load my subscription ac

Hi, i bought a Pro subscription, when I log in to my ac, it shows that expired. even can’t to load *mange my account " page on SketchUp website.
How can I fix this problem?

For some reason, when you renewed the subscription in December it was seen as a new subscription, and not a renewal. The new one has not been assigned to anyone yet.

Go to this page, while signed in with your gmail address:

Select Members, and look for a product that has nothing in the members list. Add yourself as the assigned user.

If nothing shows up, look in the upper left, below the edit profile option. That shows the account name, click on the account name and if there are other accounts, choose the other one, then check Members again.
