I cannot associate the Sketchup pro 2022 account I purchased online, with the app

I have purchased Sketchup pro-2022, and I have downloaded the app but when I open it, I cannot associate a pro license, in fact, I don’t even see it in the Trimble account… I don’t know how to do it, I still have the trial version active and it doesn’t allow me to open old files
