Circle, Follow Me and Scale/Move, but it depends on how detailed you want it and what you intend to do with the resulting model.
If you need it to be precise you could use photogrammetry, there are a lot of softwares that can make 3D models out of photos or point clouds if you scan it with your phone or iPad.
