Hi there! Can anyone explain me how to upgrade my current Skechup Pro 2026 to any other version that supports two seats? I have wrote to Trimble chat, but ai bot left me without any luck.
The subscription is not tied to a version, but to a time.
You can use whatever supported version is available during that time your subscription is valid.
SketchUp 2026 is the latest and most current major version of SketchUp for desktop. But if - then - the 2027 version is released, you will be entitled to use it if you have a valid subscription at that time.
The major versions will be installed in a new directory structure, so you can keep the 2026 version and switch between them. You can even install older versions (or they can remain installed) and choose which one you start/use.
The thing that every subscription comes with two seats, so if you have two devices or instances in use does not matter wich versions (2026,2025, 2024 …), these are, you can log out of them to use your subscription seats on another device or instance.
