I am a new user and I understand how to share a link however, what I need is the ability to have my client actually just watch as I move the model around and ask questions or show where issues lie, as they are not capable. Trying to “talk” my way through it when they dont understand how to move the model is impossible
Most efficient way is to open the model on your computer then screen share on a meeting platform like Zoom, or Google, or MS Teams.

@Gopal may have thoughts on the general problem you’re asking about. For now, the shared viewer does have a Scenes panel, you could set up scenes that you ask your client to switch to, so they can follow along with your description.

I did try that but since there are many details and questions it is still hard to do. One question or comment leads to the need to show many different things in the model. Thank you for the input
Yeah, we have some things in development that may help here in the near future, but at the moment – your best bet is a video conference where you present your screen. .
