Google has stopped including user-created models in the 3D layer of Google Earth years ago, even before it sold SketchUp to Trimble, so the only way to view your model in Google Earth is to store it on your own computer.
And if you are looking to download models from the GE 3D layer, Google doesn’t let you do that.
