How to open example template for Core Concepts SketchUp class?

Hi, just want to know how to open the example file/template for SktechUp’s Core Concept (Edges and Surfaces) class. I’ve repeated the online video to see if I am missing something but cant seem to locate how to do it. I am new to this and trying to learn and would like to complete the online course for SketchUp.
