How to Move one Side Only

I can move the selected rectangle, and also 1 edge which then moves the opposite edge. I just want to move 1 edge,

Double clicking doesn’t do it..

Thanks

Use Select to single click on the edge you want to move. If the rectangle is in a container (Group or Component) you will have to double click to enter first, then single click to select the edge you want to move.

Doesn’t work. More than 1 edge moves at a time. The selection tool is just the cursor, right?

What is that application you’re showing? It’s not SketchUp for Web.

It’s possible that someone on the forum has used whatever app that image shows, and may recognize it and be able to help you. But not even knowing what it is, the rest of us certainly can’t! Moving that selection rectangle has nothing to do with SketchUp.

Oops. Sorry. That is CADMAPPER, the siftware I use before Sketcup.

Sorry.

I’d like a big mac, fries and a coke.
I’m sorry sir, this is a Library.
Oh! Sorry, (drops voice to a whisper) I’d like a big mac …

Cadmapper does not (yet) support moving one edge for their selection box. However, you can move one edge (which will also move the opposite edge) and then move the entire selection box to the desired location. This should only take a few extra seconds
