we have buy 40unit of sketchup pro(SketchUp Pro 2026 - License forEducation – LAB for 1 year),

But my SketchUp account can not see anything. Please help.

I don’t think LAB licences are supposed to be here.
LAB licences are not linked to an account but to a machine, they allow people to use sketchup on a specific machine without having a trimble account.

didn’t the company that sold you the LAB licences send you an email containing the process of install and setup ?

I checked, and the license you have is one where up to 40 machines can add the same serial number and authorization code. So, it’s not a subscription, and won’t appear in the Trimble Account page.

There are two more questions.

Question 1: Does our license count the number of users online simultaneously or the number of machines with the license installed? For example, we have it installed on 80 computers, but only 40 of them will run the program simultaneously.

Question 2: How can I check the number of remaining licenses?

  1. Yes they function as floating licenses on your network

  2. An online deployment doesn’t provide a way to see licenses in use . Perhaps if you are running you own License server on the network you can - it’s a less common method of deployment. I’ve never actually seen what is available in the CLI for it.

It does look like you could install on lots of computers, and up to 40 people could use the license. They also can check out the license to keep using it if they are going offline.

I’m not sure if you can see how many are left, but I can. At the moment you have 11 computers activated.
