How to make a platform with vertices not have the same height

I wont make a platfomr with one face but the vertices have different heights
If i use the sandbox it create a surface with several triangles and when I apply textures they go in different directions.

Do you want to learn how to apply the texture to be uniform and orderly on all surfaces?


Or do you want to create a coplanar one of the three surfaces?

Turn on Hidden Geometry. Select one face. in Contexual select Texture /Position. Press return. Sample the texture from the face. Turn off Hidden Geometry. apply texture to surface.

Another easy solution that is built in is to right-click on one of the faces, and under Texture set it to be Projected. Then eyedropper pick up that texture, and apply it to the other areas.
