my IT team got us SketchUp studio, but I don’t have the tools and need to know if I have Studio or Pro, and also how to get the additional tools and extensions.

The installer is the same one for both. If you have Scan Essentials or the Revit importer installed, and they are working, then you have a Studio subscription.
I am able to look up subscriptions, and the one you have is Studio. It may be that your IT only installed SketchUp, and didn’t install Scan Essentials, Revit import, or V-ray. You would need to ask them to install the ones you want.
