Are there a way to know if this window, for example, its aligned with the other? are there a way to just push a text in the edge of the right window and it would show the height in the text box?
If you activate the tape measure tool and hover over a vertex without clicking, it should briefly pop up a tooltip containing the coordinates of that location. Make note of the z value for one window and compare with the other.

Activate the move tool, click on an upper corner of the one you want to relocate, click the up arrow to lock the direction, and then move until you get an inference on the target corner of the other window. Click to get that position.
You could check Curic Align. The action is quite simple, choose all object you want for alignment, press Shift + Up arrow key to align all objects by Top height. Similar logic for Down, Left, Right arrow keys.
