For one of my plugin users, his Sketchup crashes when he is using the plugin.
Where can I get the crash log file on Windows and will it be useful?
When SketchUp crashes there isn’t much information in the log that is useful for anyone other than us in SketchUp because you won’t have the debug symbols nor the source code of SketchUp.
Is it a publicly available extension? Is the user able to describe steps to reproduce?
