How to convert an .mdl file to a .skp file?

Hi everyone,

I know that most of the time people model in SketchUp for FSX, but my question is about the other way around. I want to turn a .mdl FSX model into a .skp model for use as a template. Is there any (easy) way to do this on a 2018 MacBook Air Retina? Help would be much appreciated.

That didn’t work. Each effort gave an error report. So… doesn’t convert .mdl files.
