I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how to finish the roof. Does anyone have any suggestions?
So many possible answers, a simple autofold lift or a radial array jump to mind.

Pretty sure that the sandbox tool from contour (first one) might give a pretty good result as well. Select top and bottom contour and it might triangulate it properly.
