How Do I scale my drawing in Layout

How Do I scale my drawing in Layout? I imported a section view, and I need to set it to 1/8" = 1’-0"

Right Click on the Section View, and choose ‘Scale’ from the context menu that appears.

1/8" = 1’ is among other standard options you can choose from.
