How do I open Google maps in sketch up using my android phone?

I am not seeing the option to add Google map at my current location. Additionally I would like to add a polygon where I am standing.

The things you are trying to do require editing the SketchUp model. You can’t do any editing of the SketchUp model in the viewer. There isn’t a direct option for adding Google Map imagery in SketchUp but you can add a map image using SketchUp Pro.
