How do I give my staff access to Sketchup for Schools?

I am the administrator of the school. I have created an account and can access Sketchup myself, but am trying to give access to my staff. I have read in another post that the app should be available through the Google Apps in Gmail, but it is not showing up there for me. I have turned it “on for everyone” and have Google Classroom turned on as well.
