How do i create a 'routed' corner?

I’ve created several components and have created ‘routed’ edges on 2 of the components. the problem is, when the components come together at a corner, they don’t mesh (like they would in the real world). I am assuming I have to have some sort of corner component too?

Hi Ryan,

Use the Follow Me tool to extrude the profile all around in one go as shown in this copy of your model.
