How COPY, file contents, between Files?

I do a MOVE Copy, and clk origin; but, then Paste remains dim ?

Move/copy is basically, copy and paste in one action. It doesn’t ‘copy to clipboard’.
If you want to copy a group, component or geometry from one file to another you need to either ctrl x or ctrl c it, then paste or paste in place in the new file.
