Can someone tell me how to import parts such as bellow to view?

Right-click the “SketchUp Parts” link, then select save as or Save Target As to save the model to your computer.
Locate the .skp file on your computer - if Windows, the file is likely ina folder named Downloads. Drag the file to SketchUp.
It’s not a very well modeled part, so will need some cleanup.
