Is there a button for ‘Hidden Geometry’, or is using the menu system the only way?
You could create a keyboard shortcut for it. There is no toolbar button for that, though.

As suggested by Dave, you can use “h” as the shortcut, you should never use the hand tool and don’t need its shortcut.
