you probably need to create a cylinder, make it a group, then create an angled plane. then right click intersect face…then clean up. Assuming if you have pro - capabilities then try trim against another solid…but just guessing, can you upload or lead to a warehouse page or a picture…
It’s ok shep the stair man worked it out you can get back to what you need to be doing
Many thanks Did it by drawing curved panel extruding it to the hight , then picking the side I need to go up with the move tool
