I have sent the PDF below created in Sketchup for printing and I’m not sure what is going on, the ink in my plant symbols is really dull (the paper is quite thick so I’m wondering if that is it). The PDF itself that I sent to the printers is clear and shows the plant symbols, but the photo I have attached shows it dull after being printed (its almost invisable). I’ve checked with the printers and they reckon its the file? Help!
The lines look black in the pdf, so it must be a printing issue. It’s obviously done with a standard Layout title block (Contemporary) that has large solid black rectangles in it. How black are those?
Thanks for your help - I tried a different printing company and that solved the issue! Not sure what on earth the other printing company was doing as the title block came through okay, but the plants themselves did not : (
