Help -I can't Log in

Hi there, l have re-subscribed to sketchup and my subscription when l check my account its active and the purchase was approved on 2nd Feb 25, however, when l log into Sketchup, it says “You’re signed in to all things SketchUp
You can close this tab, and continue using your SketchUp applications”.
When l click on Skecthup in applications (I’m on a MAC) it doesn’t open. I’ve tried re-downloading Skectup 23 and 24 however neither will open. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

if you right click / open on the application, does it help ?

No it doesn’t. It takes me to location like l need to drag and the version into applications. I’ve done that but still won’t even open.

Yes. That’s how you install sketchup. You need to drag the folder in your application folder, then get rid of the installer and use the sketchup app that is in your application folder.

Basically here you’re trying to open the app that is in the disk image. The installer.
