I’m having some troubles with Sketch Up and getting it working for my school. I’m the IT technician for the school so have access to the Office 365 admin centres.
I’ve followed the guides I’ve found online to set it up as best as I can but it’s still not behaving. It’s getting stuck when staff/students try log in and it says it requires an administrator to authorise access. In Enterprise Applications > Sketch Up for Schools i’ve added all our staff and students in the users and groups tab. I’ve also added our email administration account which does let me log in, but blocks everyone else. I’ve no idea what else I can do to get it going.
Any help would be appreciated.
