Help! account all screwed up!

My account is all screwed up I cannot find ANY way to reach a person at Sketchup!

I have owned the PRO version for several years and kept by M&S up to date.

Today I got an email offering me a chance to either subscribe for 2 years for $240.00 or to renew my M&S and get SU Pro 2021.

But they won’t let me renew M&S because mine expires after Nov 4.

SO, I went for the subscription option after I read forum messages that said the disount would appear during the checkout process. Instead, Sketchup has billed me $615 dollars!! Further, the account manager does NOT show my purchased version!

IS THERE ANYU WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON FROM SKETCHUP OR DO I JUST CANCEL THE ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY???
